Our vineyard hens love to wander and explore the vines in the early morning Languedoc summer sun, which slowly ripens the grapes to their full maturity before harvesting. The supple, smooth-toned fruit of the sun-ripened Merlot is given a crunchy edge froma true Mediterranean original, the Mourvedre grape variety. Luscious ripe red fruit given definition and panache, so charmingly French. Bright, fruity and refreshingly more-ish, fantastic both with and without food.
