Aragus Organic Garnacha
Made from Garnacha and Syrah grapes. Vines with an age of 40 years (Garnacha) and 15 years (Syrah). Cherry red colour with violet hues, structured, fleshy, gentle and with long aftertaste. Traditional method fermenting at 25ºC. A maceration during 8 days in stainless steel tanks is carried out. Once obtained the desired objectives, it is drawn off and pressed. After the malolactic fermentation, both grape varieties are blended.
