Babylonstoren Babel is a dry, full-bodied red wine. A balanced fusion of dark-red berry and chocolate flavours, with a soft mouth-feel and juicy, lingering finish. 39% shiraz, 16% cabernet sauvignon, 11% malbec, 11% merlot, 10% petit Verdot, 7% cabernet franc and 6% Pinotage. Will age well up to 5 years.
