This Cabernet is sourced from a variety of prime sites, with fruit selected to emphasize the distinct soil types, elevations and mesoclimates available across Sonoma. It's well-balanced and generous, with dark berry, cassis, earth and clove tones. Aged in lightly toasted American and French oak, it has a supple mouthfeel. Try it with a coffee-and-brown-sugar-crusted steak.
