Marqués de Cáceres White is made from 100% Viura grapes. The grapes are not macerated but fermented cold between 15 and 18 degrees centigrade in stainless steel vats with the latest in temperature controlled equipment. This yields a wine that is crisp and refreshing, with bright, delicate fruit aromas and flavors and a crisp, palate-cleansing finish.
